Responsibilities
Perform incoming receiving inspections to verify material compliance
Conduct first piece inspections to ensure production accuracy
Audit in-process and finished products for conformance to specifications
Facilitate sorting and segregation of non-conforming parts
Lead investigations into customer quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications is a plus
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Prior experience in a quality-related role in a manufacturing or industrial setting
