Responsibilities

Align HR policies and programs to promote employee engagement, retention, and performance
Act as a trusted coach providing guidance to leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation, and benefits
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop a story to provide data-driven recommendations to management
Support a culture of continuous improvement by providing coaching and feedback
Facilitate conflict resolution, inquiries, and disciplinary actions as necessary
Collaborate with global HR partners and process owners
Address employee concerns and questions
Provide Workday support and processing
Streamline and standardize HR policies and procedures
Provide direct leader and employee support
Manage compliance questions
Conduct data analytics and reporting

Qualification

Microsoft Office SuiteWorkdayHR policies knowledgeData gatheringCritical thinking

Required

Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); desired experience with Workday, SharePoint/OneDrive
Ability to exhibit decision making and critical thinking skills
Experience with data gathering and reporting
Strong knowledge of HR policies, standards, and procedures, including equal employment opportunity and affirmative action
8-10 years of experience in the field
Bachelor's degree required; open to candidates with a 2-year degree and 10+ years of experience
Master's degree with 7 years of experience is also acceptable
Internships are considered as job experience
