Responsibilities
Lead project teams with clarity, motivation, and a strong sense of purpose
Manage scope, cost, schedule, quality, safety, and overall project performance
Serve as the primary customer contact and trusted partner
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align resources and deliverables
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and documentation
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
Support contract negotiations and claims in collaboration with Supply Chain and Legal
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; 5+ years of relevant project management experience
Must have U.S. work authorization; no sponsorship or relocation provided
Experience managing scope, cost, schedules, vendors, and remote/multisite teams
Proficiency with SAP, MS Project, Excel, and other PM tools
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Preferred
PMP Certification preferred (or willingness to achieve HITACHI Energy PM Certification within 2 years)
Knowledge of transformer manufacturing and/or the North American energy sector preferred
