Director of Client Strategy & Partnerships
Data Trust is a leader in providing political data through a national voter file and extensive consumer data inventories. The Director of Client Strategy & Partnerships will lead client services, marketing, and strategic partnerships while managing key client relationships and supporting the company's market presence.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage Client Services and Marketing teams (10–12 staff), setting priorities, goals, and performance expectations
Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, fostering a high-performing, client-focused culture
Establish and maintain internal processes and controls related to contract management, client billing coordination, and consumer privacy compliance
Own and manage departmental budgets in alignment with organizational priorities
Serve as the primary executive contact for the company’s most significant clients
Oversee the team responsible for client outreach, data delivery, contract execution, and renewals
Lead the implementation and expansion of the company’s online self-service data portal and business intelligence reporting platforms
Partner with the Chief Data Officer to ensure timely, accurate communication of data refreshes, new products, and platform enhancements
Coordinate with the Chief Administrative Officer to ensure accurate invoicing and delivery alignment
Design and manage a structured client outreach and opportunity pipeline focused on relationship expansion and strategic alignment
Identify, pursue, and maintain partnerships with data platforms, digital advertising vendors, voter contact tools, and campaign service providers
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings as needed
Own the strategy, development, and distribution of all marketing and client-facing materials
Oversee company website content, master contact lists, and external communications infrastructure
Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including social media presence and client email communications
Track and analyze engagement and performance metrics to inform ongoing strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, political science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in B2B, non-profit, trade association, political, or research-oriented organizations
3+ years of people management experience
Strong operational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Prior experience in political or politically adjacent organizations strongly preferred
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, preferred
Experience with website management and analytics tools, preferred
Exposure to platforms such as Google Analytics, MailChimp, WordPress, preferred
Familiarity with data or reporting tools (SQL, PostgreSQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI), preferred
