Required

A Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience, which includes six (6) months of full-time experience in marketing, gift solicitation or public contact work with evidence of ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively orally and in writing and organize and execute assignments
Minimum 2 years of experience in fundraising, development, or administrative support
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven record of demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, including the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets, reports, and professional documents

Preferred

Experience in higher education or nonprofit fundraising
Experience with CRM systems, similar donor database systems or programs (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Salesforce)
Event planning experience
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
Basic financial knowledge
