Responsibilities
Assisting with the development and enhancement of automated reports, dashboards, and analytics tools
Gathering, cleaning, validating, and preparing workforce data from HR systems and other internal sources
Supporting data analysis related to employee engagement, performance, turnover, and organizational effectiveness
Assisting with survey design, administration, and analysis to measure employee sentiment and engagement
Creating data visualizations and presentations to communicate insights to HR leaders and stakeholders
Supporting ad hoc analyses and research projects aligned with strategic HR initiatives
Collaborating with HR partners and cross-functional teams to support data-informed decision-making
Qualification
Required
You are currently enrolled as a full-time Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior at a four-year college
Your major is related to Human Resources, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field
You can commit to an 8- or 10-week internship
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
You have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
You are local to Los Angeles, CA and available to work onsite Monday–Friday (40 hours per week)
