Responsibilities
Maintaining the IAM (Identity and Access Management) infra of Amazon
Diagnosing and fixing production issues, developing monitoring solutions for IAM services, performing software maintenance and configuration
Building new IAM solutions to support customer needs
Responsibilities also include working alongside development on Amazon Corporate and Divisional projects, updating/enhancing our current systems, automation of support processes, documentation of our systems, managing AFSS org level operational cadence and programs
Automating the world's most advanced cloud computing infrastructure
Managing and administering Google Cloud tenant, IAM, protocols, making secure decisions in application registrations with the least privileged roles
Simplifying and reinventing systems, processes, and tools to make things better for our customers
Building unique solutions to our customers’ technical problems using Google Cloud and AWS tech stack
Studying and learning from industry - recognized Amazon senior and Principal engineers
Developing team members
Qualification
Required
4+ years of site reliability engineering (SRE), systems engineering, systems administration, DevOps, security administration, or network administration experience
5+ years of Linux experience
5+ years of systems engineering experience
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or relevant work experience
Preferred
Experience designing and developing scripts to automate operational burdens and reviewing scripting changes to ensure they meet the standards for maintainability, scalability and security
Experience working in 24/7 production environment
Experience with service-oriented architecture and web services
