Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives for assigned categories, from strategy development through supplier selection and contract execution
Develop and execute sourcing strategies that drive cost savings, mitigate risk, and improve supplier performance
Evaluate vendor quotes, capabilities, and service offerings to identify and onboard the most suitable suppliers
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure favorable commercial agreements
Analyze market trends, cost drivers, and supplier performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Monitor supplier compliance with contractual obligations and defined performance metrics
Support risk mitigation strategies related to supply continuity and supplier performance
Partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business needs
Provide sourcing expertise and guidance to support project and operational requirements
Contribute to strategic procurement planning initiatives
Continuously improve sourcing processes, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
4–6 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
Proven experience managing complex supplier negotiations and relationships
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Experience working with ERP systems and procurement tools
Solid understanding of sourcing methodologies, cost analysis techniques, and industry best practices
