Responsibilities
Enter and maintain accurate inventory records for spare parts, equipment, and materials
Process maintenance reservations and track fulfillment using internal systems
Transcribe handwritten and printed materials into digital maintenance logs and databases
Create and update documentation, including maintenance error‑code tracking and HR-related forms
Verify, organize, and route incoming service requests and parts orders
Use Microsoft Excel and database tools to manage scheduling, inventory counts, and equipment data
Scan, file, and organize maintenance reports, service records, and other documentation for easy retrieval
Ensure all data entered is accurate, complete, and submitted on time to supervisors
Assist in continuous improvement efforts by documenting recurring issues and resolutions
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in data entry and general clerical tasks
Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with Outlook and general administrative support
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Comfort working independently and in collaboration with a team
