Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver complex software solutions across the full development lifecycle
Work with modern web application stack including Python backend and Vue.js frontend
Deploy and maintain applications on AWS cloud infrastructure
Independently own significant technical work and contribute to system-level design
Write well-tested, maintainable code following best practices
Collaborate closely with internal teams and customers on evolving requirements
Participate fully in agile ceremonies and development processes
Support production workloads and troubleshoot complex technical issues
Communicate technical decisions clearly and surface risks proactively
Qualification
Required
15+ years of software development experience
Strong expertise in Python backend development
Proficiency with Vue.js or similar modern frontend frameworks
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
Database design and optimization experience
Production support and troubleshooting skills
Experience with agile development methodologies
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and ramp up quickly on large codebases
Must be available to work on-site in St. Paul, MN
