Work closely with Hiring Managers and lead intake meetings to determine role requirements and timeline
Develop strong sourcing strategies; screen and interview candidates as aligned with job requirements
Serve as a strategic recruiting partner with leadership team
Input accurate information in the ATS and ensure compliance
Identify process improvements
Represent companies values and mission to candidates
Qualification
Required
Must have a minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in non-profit or mission-driven organizations
Must be able to recruit for soft skills as well as specific job requirements
Must be able to work 8:00a - 5:00p/ Pacific Time Zone
Must possess strong time management and organizational skills
Must have strong sourcing skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS programs
