Director, Marketing
Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Director of Marketing for their ELM Solutions business, responsible for leading marketing efforts for AI-enabled B2B enterprise software. Responsibilities
Provide senior leadership and strategic direction to multiple marketing functions, including Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Industry Thought Leadership, Event Marketing, and Product Marketing
Partner collaboratively with Sales and Product teams for successful Sales Enablement, Client Programs, and Product Launches, as well as Corporate and Divisional centers of excellence for Brand, Public Relations, and MarTech initiatives
Oversee the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives
Develop and implement long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Lead cross-functional teams to drive marketing innovation and excellence
Evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns
Build and manage relationships with top-tier industry partners and stakeholders, including key industry analysts
Ensure alignment of all marketing activities with the organization's vision and objectives
Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies in marketing, including AI tools
Oversee complex budget planning and financial analysis for marketing operations
Represent the marketing function in executive-level meetings and decision-making processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related
7+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing roles, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity overseeing multiple marketing functions. Preferably for Enterprise Software
Best practices including segmentation and persona strategies, buying group targeting, digital marketing, search/SEO/AEO, and account-based marketing/ABM
Exceptional leadership skills to manage senior managers and high-level professionals
Ability to drive innovation and stay ahead in marketing trends
Proficiency in conducting extensive market analysis and operational analysis
Strong skills in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams
Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with top-tier stakeholders
Advanced skills in budgeting and financial oversight for expansive marketing operations
Knowledge of integrating emerging technologies into marketing strategies, including AI tools
Ability to ensure alignment of marketing activities with organizational goals and vision
