Responsibilities
Manage and execute financial management and forecasting processes & supporting systems
Prepare forecasts and analyzes trends
Ad hoc reporting requests for CFO, and Executive Leadership as needed
Consolidated reporting: actual results and forecast inputs from team
Establish requirements, design, develop and manage financial reporting and management solutions
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue and cost of sales
Collaborate with business leaders to support business metrics and decisions
Interface with contracts, accounting, IT, HR and delivery teams to integrate cross-functional information requirements
Support and maintain sales opportunity tracking and support systems
Prepare variance analysis of actual and planned results
Prepare, research, and review journal entries and supporting documentation to ensure accurate reporting
Develop and maintain financial models and reports
Determine and update cost center requirements and rollup structures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Minimum 3 years of accounting/finance experience
Minimum 3 years of experience using Excel
Preferred
Understanding and experience with Deltek Costpoint
