Responsibilities
Write maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code
Analyze, diagnose, and modify existing software to correct errors, adapt to new workflows, or improve performance
Analyze user needs and requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
Develop new features and functionality according to requirements, while maintaining high quality and low defect rates
Work with other team members to create and evaluate estimates for development efforts based on stakeholder requirements
Aid testers and support personnel as needed to troubleshoot the root cause of system issues
Qualification
Required
Senior-level developer with 5 years or more of experience
Well-versed in both back-end and front-end web technologies, especially Ruby on Rails and React
Experience writing maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code
Desire to have an immediate and meaningful impact with your work, and improve every day
Enjoy contributing to a collaborative environment
Experience in a remote-first work environment
Experience using AI to help you solve problems and write better code, more quickly
