Responsibilities
Design and engineer robotics and autonomous system solutions for industrial and fleet environments
Support system architecture development for autonomous vehicles, mobile robots, and automation platforms
Evaluate robotics hardware, sensors, and control systems for customer applications
Support pilots, proofs of concept, and production deployments of robotics and autonomy solutions
Collaborate with Systems Engineers on network, connectivity, and infrastructure integration
Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting
Serve as a technical expert during customer engagements, demonstrations, and solution reviews
Translate customer requirements into technical designs and implementation plans
Provide post-deployment technical support and optimization recommendations
Stay current on robotics, autonomy, AI-driven automation, and industrial control trends
Support evaluation of new platforms, vendors, and technologies
Contribute to internal documentation, standards, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Robotics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Five or more years of experience designing or supporting robotics or autonomous systems
Strong understanding of sensors, controls, robotics software, and automation platforms
Experience supporting pilots and real-world deployments
Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams
Willingness to travel for customer and deployment support
