Responsibilities

Manage onboarding, and retention for clinical and non-clinical staff
Foster a culture of respect, compliance, and continuous improvement
Administer payroll, benefits, and employee records accurately and confidentially
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and healthcare-specific labor regulations
Serve as an approachable and proactive resource for staff conflict resolution, coaching, and support
Lead employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and training coordination
Collaborate with leadership to support organizational goals and staff development

Qualification

Required

3+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care (HR certification a plus)

Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Compassionate, organized, and mission-driven
