Responsibilities
Gain hands-on experience with CAD console hardware, peripheral configurations, and multi-monitor UI environments
Assist in maintaining Training/Test and Production environments to ensure 99.999% system uptime
Utilize Microsoft SQL Server to perform complex joins and data validation
Translate raw emergency response data into actionable insights, focusing on response times and resource allocation
Perform audits to ensure RMS records meet state and federal reporting standards
Learn and apply Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) security policy requirements
Manage user permissions and troubleshoot security bottlenecks within the CAD/RMS ecosystem
Qualification
Required
Must be pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics or a related field of study
Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred
Minimum GPA: 3.0 on a 4.0 scale preferred
Basic understanding of Relational Databases (SQL)
Familiarity with Windows Server environments and networking basics
