Revenue Operations Analyst
onPhase is seeking a detail-oriented RevOps Analyst to support their Go-To-Market teams and Revenue Operations function. This role focuses on maintaining CRM data integrity, delivering actionable insights, and supporting operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce CRM, including basic administration, user support, data hygiene, reports, and dashboards
Build, maintain, and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards to support pipeline management, performance tracking, and forecasting
Assist with data analysis and visualization to support GTM planning, territory analysis, and leadership reporting
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across Salesforce and integrated systems
Respond to operational and reporting requests from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
Support documentation of GTM processes, reporting definitions, and operational best practices
Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects led by Revenue Operations
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in a SaaS environment
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including basic administrative functionality
Strong analytical skills with experience working with datasets, reports, and dashboards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced capability in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Salesforce Administrator Certification or progress toward certification
Experience with data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Exposure to revenue and sales performance metrics (e.g., pipeline, ARR, conversion rates)
Familiarity with Go-To-Market processes and SaaS revenue models
Experience with SaaS Tools such as Gong, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator
