Responsibilities
Leading the electrical team
Ensuring the group is prepared to execute
Coordinate with affected work groups to safely accomplish maintenance activities within a production environment
Plan, set goals, and coach others in developing their technical and professional abilities
Coordinating electrical work related to projects, repairs and improving predictive and preventive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned downtime and associated costs
Demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times
Qualification
Required
Two (2) years of hands on maintenance experience of electrical equipment
Preferred
Degree in electrical field
Experience planning and leading projects involving vendors and contractors
Experience in a leadership role
Strong electrical knowledge encompassing PLCs, HMIs, AC & DC drives, hydraulics and power distribution
