Responsibilities
Keep accurate records of project progress, task completion, and costs to ensure projects stay on track
Track and verify that all contracted tasks are completed as planned, helping capture full project value
Support the Project Manager in monitoring budgets, analyzing profitability, and identifying opportunities to optimize revenue
Apply your knowledge of construction processes, including reading plans, understanding terminology, and following project delivery cycles
Help reconcile timekeeping for on-site crews, aligning hours with task progress
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience or education in construction, with introductory familiarity in reading plans and understanding project delivery processes
Assertive, organizational, and communication skills
Comfortable with digital tools
Preferred
Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field experience
