Senior Account Executive (Paid Media, Strategy & Creative Sales)
Chamber Media is looking for a Senior Account Executive to help drive growth by selling high-impact paid media and creative solutions to ambitious brands. This role involves owning larger deals, managing complex sales cycles, and acting as a trusted advisor to prospects while partnering closely with leadership and delivery teams.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close for high-value opportunities
Sell integrated paid media strategies and creative packages
Lead strategic conversations with founders, executives, and marketing leaders
Develop custom proposals and growth strategies tailored to client needs
Negotiate contracts and close deals consistently against revenue targets
Maintain a healthy pipeline and forecast accurately in the CRM
Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, objections, and opportunities
Qualification
Required
4–7+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or media sales
Proven track record selling paid media services and/or creative solutions
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and ROI conversations
Experience managing larger deal sizes and longer sales cycles
Confident communicator with executive-level presence
Highly organized, self-directed, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
