Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales, AR, AP, and other departments for problem-solving
Approve purchase and lease orders up to $100k for specified sales segments
Approve orders on verbal terms up to $100k in the same categories
Analyze and verify customer standing before releasing purchase orders
Ensure all requirements are met prior to order release and work with departments to maintain accurate corporate data and account histories
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
Experience in Finance or Accounting
Preferred
Experience in Finance or Accounting is preferred, aligning with a base understanding of financial processes and accounting principles to effectively support the finance and accounting solutions
