Responsibilities
The Growth Debt Group is seeking highly qualified midlevel associates with a minimum of 2 years of debt finance experience
Our clients are lenders and borrowers, mainly in the life science and technology spaces
Applicants should have experience with secured and unsecured lending, including familiarity with UCC secured transactions, leveraged finance and private capital
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of debt finance experience
Experience with secured and unsecured lending
Familiarity with UCC secured transactions
Experience in leveraged finance and private capital
