Sr. Testing Analyst
IMPACT Technology Recruiting is partnering with an Arizona-based organization seeking a Senior QA / Testing Analyst to support quality initiatives. This position plays a key role in driving testing strategy, executing automated and manual test efforts, and improving overall software quality across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
Support quality initiatives across a mix of internal systems and externally facing applications
Driving testing strategy
Executing automated and manual test efforts
Improving overall software quality across multiple platforms
Owning test execution end-to-end
Contributing to automation efforts
Collaborating closely with developers, product teams, and fellow QA professionals in an Agile environment
Mentoring junior team members
Helping shape testing standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance or testing
Experience working with test automation tools and frameworks
Hands-on experience creating and managing test artifacts in tools such as JIRA, Xray, ALM, or similar
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
Experience automating web applications and APIs
Strong exposure to CI/CD pipelines and related tooling
Practical experience with SQL and ETL testing
Preferred
Salesforce application testing experience, including validation of workflows, integrations, and customizations
Experience testing or validating cloud monitoring and logging solutions, such as Healthcloud or similar platforms
Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
