Responsibilities

Collaborating with a team of business analysts on Oracle Customer Care and Billing projects
Assisting with day-to-day tasks and supporting project deliverables
Analyzing business requirements and contributing to data-driven solutions
Coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and helping ensure deadlines are met
Participating in team meetings to review project goals, timelines, and progress
Working closely with business analysts to gain hands-on experience in project planning, problem-solving, and teamwork

Required

Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university
Academic status of Junior or above
Program of study: Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, Engineering
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of application
Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

Previous internship experience
Basic project coordination experience
Experience analyzing business needs and creating data-driven solutions
Proficient in Microsoft suite (Excel, Powerpoint)
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Self-motivated and proactive; able to work independently
Ability to prioritize and resolve issues under deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Proven ability to learn new skills quickly
