Responsibilities

Develop and deploy advanced instrumentation systems , including new electronics and data-acquisition solutions for production environments
Design analog and digital circuits to support instrumentation and control needs
Develop LabVIEW tools for system monitoring, control, and data analysis
Create detailed specifications and design packages for electronics and instrumentation projects
Manage electronics builds and testing , ensuring quality and compliance with requirements
Troubleshoot system performance in centrifuge-plant environments to maintain operational reliability
Collaborate across disciplines , working closely with mechanical, electrical, and external engineering teams
Lead project tasks and mentor engineers , fostering technical growth and team success
Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) and procurement specifications to support timely and accurate sourcing
Ensure safe and efficient operation of complex electromechanical systems while meeting project schedules

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
5+ years of experience, or equivalent industrial instrumentation experience
1+ years in manufacturing, R&D, and electronics development
Experience with instrumentation, sensors, circuit development, and data-acquisition design
Familiarity with simulation and modeling (e.g., Altium, PSPICE, LabVIEW, Simulink, OrCAD)
Ability to obtain or maintain a “Q” clearance

Preferred

Bachelor's or + 10 years of experience, or Master's with focus in industrial electronics
3+ years of nuclear-industry experience
Hands-on circuit design and implementation for production/manufacturing
Deep LabVIEW data-acquisition experience
Embedded software development and/or test experience
Currently possesses a “Q” or “L” clearance
