Responsibilities
Coordinate release activities across Non‑Prod and Production environments, ensuring accurate sign‑up tracking and record maintenance
Execute checkout validations during releases, including night Production deployments, and follow up with application teams for issue resolution
Review system logs, perform basic API and SQL validations, and support triage efforts during release cycles
Maintain detailed release documentation and ensure all change‑related artifacts are updated and organized
Collaborate closely with application and support teams during and after release events to ensure smooth execution
Participate in team meetings and assist with additional release management tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
6–8 years of experience supporting release coordination or environment management activities
Requires hands‑on experience with Jira, ADO, ServiceNow, and Excel for managing change records and tasks
Requires strong collaboration skills to work effectively with application teams during Production and Non‑Prod release events
