Responsibilities
Enter, vet, and confirm project opportunities and service requests
Coordinate walkthroughs, planning calls, and internal handoffs
Document scope, timelines, assumptions, resources, and requirements
Obtain signed orders, deposits, and approvals
Communicate with Sales, Project Management, Operations, and customers
Track milestones; escalate risks or changes
Support proposals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Manage change orders and keep project records current
Assist with customer setup, purchase orders, cost reconciliation, and billing support
Maintain accurate data in CRM/project/billing systems
Recommend process or system improvements
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with CRM and project management tools
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects
Preferred
2+ years in commercial moves, project coordination, logistics, or operations support preferred
Experience as a mover looking to move into a coordinator role is welcomed and will be considered equivalent experience
