Office Manager

Responsibilities

Work with our students, staff and faculty who are requesting services or departmental information
Initiate and process confidential administrative case management by providing necessary documents and applications, correspondence on status, and update electronic files
Support the Director and attorneys by performing a combination of administrative and complex office work associated with the office, program administration, and data collection/entry

Required

Associate's or equivalent education/experience with a minimum 2 years demonstrated administrative and/or office management experience
Demonstrated ability of and a well-developed working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to prioritize and delegate work assignments while exercising the highest degree of confidentiality
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills necessary
Must have good basic communication skills, both verbal and writing
Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work tasks

Preferred

Experience working in an environment with considerable interaction with people
Experience working within a legal office or working with matters that require a high degree of confidentiality, precision, and accuracy
Experience working with time-sensitive assignments and tasks
Experience working with college students, faculty, college staff (e.g., advisors, financial aid, student affairs, etc.)
