Deliver an overall premium customer service experience from check-in to check-out
Promote and educate clients on company products, services, and membership benefits
Create lasting relationships with clients to further personalize their wellness journey
Anticipate client needs to ensure a high-quality, seamless experience
Answer customer queries and recommend specific services or packages tailored to guest goals
Work with potential guests to introduce them to the benefits of Icebox
Work closely with team members and visiting staff to ensure the 'Icebox Experience' is perfect
Maintain the cleanliness and high-end aesthetic of the studio
