The Regulatory Compliance Assistant will support compliance operations by assisting the Compliance Manager with federal and state regulations, conducting compliance reviews, and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities
Assist Compliance Department to research various regulatory scenarios to mitigate risk
Monitor and evaluate pending legislative and regulatory changes related to Airtech operations
Arrange and perform periodic compliance reviews to evaluate related documentation and procedures
Prepare reports on findings and report to the Compliance Manager
Assist in tracking preventative and corrective actions
Assist to draft and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) and related policies/procedures
Maintain knowledge on current regulations / guidelines, and industry trends/best practices
Assist in maintaining management of change database and related documents
Assist in reviewing Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) to identify compliance obligations
Update local and global SDS databases as necessary
Data entry for various records
Perform other duties and projects to assist Compliance Department as requested
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented and highly motivated team member
Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to research various regulatory scenarios to mitigate risk
Ability to monitor and evaluate pending legislative and regulatory changes
Experience in preparing reports on findings
Ability to assist in tracking preventative and corrective actions
Experience in drafting and reviewing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Knowledge of current regulations/guidelines and industry trends/best practices
Experience in maintaining management of change database and related documents
