Responsibilities

Serve as leader of strategic priorities, execution plans, and cross-functional alignment for Corporate Payment Systems product innovation
Translate the organization’s vision and strategy into go-to-market plans with clear financial goals, metrics, reporting and accountability
Oversee execution of strategic product initiatives across business units and enabling functions
Lead the development and ongoing refinement of CPS product innovation vision and roadmap
Partner with finance and other key partners to manage strategic initiatives investment, budget and forecasting & tracking financial performance
Ensure ROI and cost-efficiency of product innovation and platform modernization

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance or related field
10-15+ years' experience in product management with at least 10 years' experience within commercial credit card business
Deep understanding of credit card processing technology and emerging B2B payments
Strong financial acumen and experience with business case development, investments and budget management
Proven experience communicating with senior leaders and C-suite executives
Travel required approximately 10-15%
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week

Preferred

MBA or Masters in related field, or equivalent work experience

Ability to lead and develop top talent while communicating effectively with clear, impactful messaging
