Update and maintain cost standards for materials, labor, and overhead
Analyze and explain cost variances (e.g., material usage, labor, overhead)
Collaborate with Operations to resolve cost discrepancies
Support margin analysis and inventory costing
Participate in cycle counts, inventory reviews, and monthly close processes
Ensure accurate production reporting and cost controls
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years in cost accounting or finance, ideally in food manufacturing
Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
Strong Excel skills and problem-solving ability
Preferred
Food manufacturing experience and proficiency in NetSuite are a plus
