Responsibilities
Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases for Salesforce environments, including custom objects and Lightning components
Author and execute end-to-end test scenarios across various Salesforce modules ensuring data integrity and system interoperability
Leverage SOQL for extensive data validation, ensuring compliance with organizational protocols and data models
Conduct regression, integration, UAT, and smoke testing, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams for seamless execution
Lead the creation and management of essential test artifacts, driving continuous improvement through quality metrics analysis
Qualification
Required
In-depth experience with Salesforce platform testing across various clouds (Sales, Service, and Experience)
Profound knowledge in SOQL for data validation and relationship mapping
Familiarity with API testing tools (preferably Postman) and techniques
Prior experience in Quality Assurance with a strong emphasis on manual testing within the Salesforce ecosystem
