Member Service Administrator
TBA Credit Union is dedicated to serving the community and building trusted relationships. The Member Service Administrator will assist in identifying member needs and providing appropriate product solutions, while ensuring outstanding service and support across multiple member service areas.

Responsibilities
Monitor dormant accounts, deceased accounts, and small balance accounts, completing proactive member communication
Administer member service resources (procedures, guidelines, job aids, etc.) to ensure information is accurate and organized
Assist in creating tools, templates, or communication resources that support team members delivering exceptional member experiences
Accurately create reports, such as expenses and cash management
Perform duties such as scheduling, ordering supplies, general errands
Assist with creation and publication of communication materials
Review and approve check orders and monthly invoices
Perform deposit account maintenance
Serve as a resource for specialized accounts, answering questions and providing guidance to internal team members
Maintain deposit disclosure updates and workflow configurations
Assist members with specialty account types including IRA, HSA, deferred comp and fiduciary accounts via members preferred communication channel (phone, video, in person, etc.)
Execute member service research with regard to deposit accounts
Maintain intranet organization making continual improvements to ensure accurate information is available
Create and maintain procedures and guidelines
Participate in trainings, seminars, and workshops to improve understanding of regulations and compliance
Qualification
Required
Ability to manage workload to meet deadlines and goals with flexibility, and determination to handle a wide variety of duties each day
Ability to take initiative in recommending/making changes to improve efficiency
Make recommendations concerning changes to department policies and procedures
Self-motivated and willing to learn new technology and applications
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Sound understanding of math applications
Proficient in Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office Suite/o365 Suite
Advanced ability and experience with using Excel
Strong typing (Includes: 10 keys) and basic technology problem solving skills
Attain Certified IRA Professional (CIP Credential) within 1 year of position placement and maintain annual recertification
High school diploma or equivalent, required
Two years in related financial industry, including new accounts, required
Preferred
Associate degree in business, communications, or a related field, preferred
Three years of IRA, trust/fiduciary account experience, preferred
Two years of administrative experience, preferred
