Responsibilities
Apply Epicor’s deployment methodology by leveraging functional, technical, and industry-specific knowledge to strategically align resources with project needs while supporting practice development and optimization
Schedule and coordinate Professional Services consultants for client engagements within your assigned area, ensuring alignment with project timelines and skill requirements
Efficiently manage consultant scheduling by developing a strong understanding of Epicor applications, technologies, PSA (Professional Services Automation) systems, and engagement methodologies
Monitor and analyze weekly resource availability and utilization, identifying bench capacity or gaps in coverage
Manage scheduling and compliance for third-party resources, ensuring adherence to internal policies and processes
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the Professional Services and Project Management Office (PMO) teams
Identify and communicate skill shortages or high-demand areas to leadership for proactive staffing solutions
Assess potential risks related to supply and demand, including skill gaps, over/understaffing, and resourcing constraints, and review findings with management
Partner with third-party vendors and subcontractors to fulfill resource needs, ensuring appropriate skills and availability

Required
Strong customer focus with a results-driven, proactive approach and ability to work independently
Excellent verbal, written, and virtual communication skills, with active listening and presentation abilities
Highly organized, with strong time management and project coordination capabilities
Demonstrated ability to manage expectations and foster strong relationships with senior leadership
