Guest Services Administrative Assistant Turquoise Place
Spectrum Resorts is a company dedicated to redefining beach vacations and fostering a supportive work environment. They are seeking a Guest Services Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Guest Services Operation and Management Team, including tasks such as answering phone calls, managing inventory, and assisting with special projects.

Responsibilities
Maintain office supply and department inventory
Organize scan, and file daily department paperwork
Answer the telephones and take detailed messages containing the necessary information to respond
Maintain weekly/monthly spreadsheets to include inventory items
Be responsible for coding invoices, etc
Assist with special projects as requested
Answer NAVIS calls to assist with booking reservations, answering guest questions, etc
Perform other duties, functions, or tasks as assigned by the department Manager and Director
Qualification
Required
GED or High School diploma, required
Prior Front Desk experience a plus
A positive, enthusiastic individual with exceptionally strong communication skills
Able to always act professionally under pressure and effectively multitask
Able to diffuse conflict and promote a harmonious environment for all owners, team members, and vendors
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
Ability to learn new systems including NAVIS, IQWare, etc
Excellent hospitality skills
