Responsibilities
Manage criminal case files from initiation through disposition
Review filings for compliance with statutes and court rules
Prepare cases for arraignments and hearings
Process bail
Monitor warrants
Complete accurate data entry in CourtView
Process judgments
Route sensitive documents
Coordinate closely with justice partners
Assist customers at the public counter and by phone
Review and accept filings
Respond to inquiries within established guidelines
Manage individual cash drawers in compliance with accounting procedures
Facilitate public access to court records
Qualification
Required
Graduation from high school or completion of a General Education Development (GED) certificate AND one year of office clerical experience
Post-secondary transcripts, if using education to meet minimum qualifications
Copies of your most recent (2) performance evaluations, if available
A list of three (3) professional references who have had supervisory authority over you along with their daytime contact phone numbers and email addresses
