Responsibilities
Build, QA, and deploy automated journeys across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging
Develop and maintain templates, workflows, and scalable campaign infrastructure in Customer.io
Support full campaign setup, including triggers, delays, conditionals, and personalization logic
Design advanced behavioral, transactional, and real-time segmentation
Maintain campaign documentation, workflow tracking, and reporting
Collaborate with engineering and data teams to improve integrations, event tracking, and data accuracy
Monitor campaign performance and help surface insights
Support A/B testing and experimentation to improve lifecycle effectiveness
Identify and execute automation opportunities to streamline operations
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Customer.io (preferred), Braze, Iterable, or similar
Working proficiency in HTML/CSS for email/template editing
Strong QA discipline and attention to detail
Experience with segmentation, triggers, personalization, and journey building
Comfortable analyzing campaign metrics and using reporting dashboards
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and data teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or campaign strategy
Fintech industry experience is a plus
Personal/professional experience with blockchain or crypto
Experience with Pipedrive
Strong analytical skills, including SQL
