GritR Sports is a company that supports a lifestyle centered around outdoor activities and firearms. They are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage customer interactions and drive loyalty through expert-led service.
E-Commerce
Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls and emails, turning inquiries into positive experiences
Process orders with precision, including payment verification and proactive fraud prevention
Use our multi-channel systems to document interactions, ensuring our team stays aligned, and our customers continuously taken care of
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our evolving product catalog to provide "strategic" advice, not just scripted answers
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in customer support or 'client success' roles
Exceptional written and verbal skills (you can explain complex topics clearly and kindly)
Comfortable navigating multi-channel communication tools
The ability to turn a complaint into a solution while maintaining a positive, professional attitude
Preferred
A genuine passion or interest in Firearms and Outdoor Sports is highly preferred
