Responsibilities
Manage the admissions process from inquiry to residents admission, ensure timely documentation, and track census data. Serve as the primary liaison to families
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and other referral sources. Promote the facility in the community and identify new referral opportunities
Develop local marketing plans, organize events, and manage online presence. Collaborate on branding and messaging with the corporate team
Work closely with internal teams to align census goals, provide updates on referrals, and ensure staff preparedness for incoming residents
Meet occupancy and admission targets
Build and sustain referral networks
Ensure exceptional experiences for residents and families
Proactively improve processes and efficiency
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, residents, and families
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of customer service experience in healthcare
Ability to work a flexible schedule and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
Understanding of healthcare regulations and medical terminology
Degree in healthcare management, medical social work, or marketing
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the practicing state
