Responsibilities

Develop and optimize communication strategies for internal and external audiences
Lead editorial planning and setting best practices for the Company’s global approach to communications
Support reputation management by establishing tracking capabilities and contributing to stakeholder engagement strategies and crisis planning
Oversee day-to-day work of the communications team and support capability development
Ensure consistent communication standards across the corporate, business unit and site levels
Improve employee engagement and enhance communication reach to frontline teams
Leverage digital tools and analytics to measure communication effectiveness
Build strong partnerships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related discipline
8+ years in corporate communications, brand management, or internal communications
Experience in a global matrixed organization and leading communications during transformation
Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills
Proficiency in communication technologies and design tools, including AI-powered platforms (e.g. Copilot)
Strong analytical skills and experience using KPIs to guide communication strategies
Ability to lead small teams and collaborate effectively across global functions

Preferred

Experience in extractives, industrial, or highly regulated sectors preferred
