8+ years expeTeam is seeking an Unqork Engineer to support a large enterprise Underwriting platform. The role involves production support, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and delivery of minor enhancements across Unqork modules, integrations, and workflows.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve L3 production incidents in Unqork
Analyze and fix issues across forms, workflows, rules, data mappings, and UI logic
Support and maintain API integrations (REST/SOAP) between Unqork and downstream systems
Deliver minor enhancements/config updates including rule logic, module updates, and UI fixes
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement long-term fixes
Collaborate with BAs, QA, and cross-functional tech teams (Spring Boot, Boomi, Integration teams)
Participate in release cycles, validation, and production deployments
Work with client SMEs and Underwriters to resolve functional queries
Maintain documentation, runbooks, and configuration inventories
Qualification
Required
Minimum years of experience: 8 Years of experience
Hands-on expertise in Unqork configuration: Data workflows, Decision logic, UI components, Module linking, Data/schema modeling
Strong skills in JSON, APIs, payload debugging, and integration troubleshooting
Ability to analyze logs, system behaviors, and cross-system data flows
Understanding of event-driven workflows (clearance, renewals, scoring, etc.)
Experience with at least one of: Postman, Splunk/ELK, Browser DevTools
Good problem-solving, communication, and client-handling skills
