Responsibilities
Provide partnership and facilitation to leaders and teams in strategic planning, project/program execution, and/or design or re-design of system-wide Novant Health processes and service offerings
Pursue work with high energy and push self and others for results while supporting the organization in education, application of tools, methods, data collection, analysis, project facilitation, project management, mentoring and coaching junior consultants, and general leadership development in areas related to change management
Provide primary support to system, market, or facility level initiatives autonomously with support and guidance from more senior consultants and Internal Consulting leadership
Demonstrate the ability to mentor junior consultants
Qualification
Required
4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Will accept ten (10) years' relevant work experience in lieu of bachelor's degree
3 Years experience, required, Minimum one year in a consulting, planning, analytics, or performance improvement role
Demonstrated experience in general business analytics, facilitation, and/or consulting and managing/facilitating complex teams/projects
Communication skills including active listening, assertiveness, alignment of expectations, adaptability in communication methods, summarization of results, public speaking, and maintaining an inspired vision
Critical Thinking skills including data reduction, creative problem-solving, analysis for insights, understanding organizational climate, stakeholder values, and planning work pace
Leadership skills including leading project teams, partnership with customers, working with senior leaders, teambuilding, negotiation, conflict management, providing feedback, and presenting as a calming influence
