Senior Program Manager - Enterprise Networking Products (Mandarin Speaking)

Responsibilities

Champion adherence to business unit's Product Development Lifecycle and be the point of contact for it
Manage software development programs for Enterprise Networking products such as gateways, switches, wireless systems, and surveillance platforms
Drive cross-functional alignment across hardware engineering, firmware, software, QA, product management, and product operations teams
Develop comprehensive program plans with clear milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies
Manage cross-functional collaboration between US and China-based R&D teams
Strategic communication skills to distill and report on project status and provide executive dashboards

Required

Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, computer engineering, networking, or relevant field
10+ years of experience in managing enterprise networking or embedded systems product development programs
Demonstrated technical capability in delivering software projects from start-to-finish including software quality and release management
Experience working with local and remote engineering teams to align SW releases with hardware product development activities
Proficiency in Agile development process and familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and MS Project
Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines for firmware development and deployment
Demonstrated success navigating ambiguity and competing priorities, providing guidance and direction to cross-functional teams
Bilingual English / Mandarin verbal and written skills

Preferred

Master's degree in engineering or related field
PMP Certification
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Experience managing projects with networking and communication devices integrating hardware functionality and cloud services
