Lead, schedule, and mentor your maintenance team
Manage preventive maintenance and complex repairs
Ensure compliance with safety and property standards
Oversee inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships
Jump in with hands-on expertise when needed
Qualification
Required
Must be HVAC or EPA and CPO certified
Proven maintenance background with leadership ability
Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and problem-solve
Positive leadership style and team-first mindset
