Cypress HCM is seeking a Recruiter to assist with Marketing searches within the Content TA organization. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for various positions across the Marketing organization and involves sourcing strategy, candidate engagement, and collaboration with business partners to enhance the hiring process.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the business to understand specific needs to attract and engage with top talent
Determine appropriate ways to develop and build talent pipelines
Help identify and pursue candidates who can enhance our ability to entertain the world
Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques. Additionally, you’ll provide inbound sourcing support for roles with a high volume of applicants or similar candidate profiles
Assess or screen candidates through a consistent and structured review process
Work cross-functionally with Centers of Excellence (HR/Finance/Compensation) to support alignment and business support for hiring decisions
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
Proven success in developing strong talent pipelines across a variety of corporate functions (e.g., marketing, communications, public policy/ global affairs, legal)
Self-motivated and driven; you look for solutions and impact, without being asked twice
Curious; you look to dig deeper beyond the surface level of a job profile researching market trends, domain technology, and seek out information to have a solid understanding of the business
You ask for feedback, and want to grow and develop in your career
Accustomed to multitasking, meeting multiple deadlines, and maintaining data integrity
You leverage data (qualitative and quantitative) to track your progress and to inform decisions
Preferred
Experience with Eightfold is a strong plus
Preferred onsite 2-3 days/ week in Los Angeles, but open to remote for very tenured employees
