Applications Support Analyst
Caps Direct is a global apparel design and sourcing expert that helps brands tell their stories through innovative apparel products. They are seeking an Applications Support Analyst who will resolve IT needs, support development teams, and improve technology solutions across various platforms.

Responsibilities
Serving our colleagues by resolving their IT needs in an honoring way
Contributing across our development team to fix and support our systems
Collaborating with our internal companies to improve and test our solutions
Quickly assess and solve issues with our key SAP, Salesforce, Shopify, Centric and WMS platforms
Provide support to the AppDev team by reviewing, testing, and approving code
Qualification
Required
Development experience using the Microsoft .NET Framework i.e., VB.NET, ASP.NET, and C#
Proficiency with MS SQL including related products: SSMS, SSRS
Understands and has manipulated multiple data file types in code i.e., XML, EDI, and CSV
Ability to modify and create Microsoft PowerShell scripts
Experience with project management tools such as Wrike or Jira
Ability to clearly explain complicated and detailed processes concisely and simply
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technical training
3+ years of related work experience
Preferred
Familiarity with reporting and business intelligence tools like Crystal Reports, and Power BI
Experience middleware platforms such as SSIS and/or Bizweaver
Possess a hidden skill in discovering bugs and documenting how to replicate them
