Responsibilities
Represent corporate clients and financial institutions in securitization and structured finance transactions
Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents for a wide range of structured credit products
Support structured private credit transactions and related financings
Collaborate with partners and senior associates to manage transactions from structuring through closing
Interact directly with clients and opposing counsel as part of deal execution
Contribute across a variety of asset classes and transaction types within securitization and structured finance
Qualification
Required
3–4 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, secured lending, or capital markets
Strong interest in representing corporate clients and/or financial institutions in structured transactions
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, high-expectation environment
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
