Responsibilities
Manage and support commercial real estate transactions, including purchases and sales
Review and resolve title, survey, and due diligence matters
Assist with real estate finance transactions, including acquisition and refinancing matters
Draft and negotiate commercial leases, including office and retail leases
Support joint ventures and real estate-related agreements such as property management and brokerage agreements
Coordinate transaction workflows, including maintaining due diligence and closing checklists
Work collaboratively with attorneys across practice groups and, as needed, with outside counsel
Participate in business development and professional development initiatives
This list is not exhaustive, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Qualification
Required
J.D. required; LL.M. a plus
3–5 years of experience in a law firm real estate practice
Active New York Bar membership required
